Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours prior to your appointment. After this timeframe you will be marked as a 'No Show' if you miss your appointment. All pre-paid deposit fees, service fees, consultation fees, special event fees and/or class fees are non-refundable. There are no hidden fees or charges. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a new deposit fee is required on the next booking.
If you 'No Call, No Show' back to back, the second occurrence will result in being banned from booking with SlayAundra Stylez.
