Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours prior to your appointment. All pre-paid traveling deposit fees, hair service fees, consultation fees, and/or special event fees are non-refundable. There are no hidden fees or charges. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a new traveling deposit fee is required on the next appointment request/booking.
If you cancel or reschedule appointments back to back on three occurrences, or otherwise more than twice without showing up, you will no longer be able to book with SlayAundra Stylez. No call, no shows will not be tolerated. If you oversleep, missed a call or arrival for your location for the hair services or otherwise not at the location we discussed for the hair services, communication is key. No excuses and No exceptions, please respect my time and business.
